Desde el año 2002 la Asociación es miembro de pleno derecho del “Parlement Lycéen Européen” , agrupación europea de centros de enseñanza de joyería y gemología.
Y desde las elecciones de 2005, nuestra compañera Ch.Vasseur ocupa el cargo de secretaria general, dentro de la Junta Directiva.
Procuramos asistir a todas las reuniones anuales y que nuestros socios participen en todos los concursos de diseño y joyería, como los de Oporto en el 2002, Amberes en el 2003, Grecia en el 2004, Italia en el 2005, Glasgow, Escocia-UK en el 2006 y Chipre en el 2007, Valenza - Italia en el 2008 y en el mes de Mayo 2009 en la ciudad de Lièpaja en Letonia.

q COMENIUS & PLE M.T. MEETINGS. The next general Comenius meeting will take place in Belgium (Namur), from 9th to 12nd December 2009. This meeting is opened to all the current members and to the PLE members who like to participate to the next project (only 2 delegates maximum from each school). At the same time will take place the annual Management Team meeting, to prepare the annual assembly. q FIRST STUDENT EDITO OF THE YEAR. All the PLE schools were appealed by the French team to ask to a student to write a special edito that will be published in the 150th edition of Le Mur. The subject is absolutely free, you can write absolutely what you like, about your life, about PLE and Europe, about your school, about current events question… it could be a real subject, or an imaginary or poetic subject… as you want… but 150 words absolutely in your national language. q PLE TRAVELLING EXHIBITION. Madrid will be the first place where the pieces will be presented, this first exhibition will be organised by the Escuela de Arte in November 2009, and all the partners will have to send the 5 ítems before the end of October. Agenda of the exhibition is confirmed : Madrid (November), Vigo – Spain (December), Liepaja – Latvia (January), Kremnica – Slovakia (February), Volos – Greece (March), Lanarca – Cyprus (April), and Namur – Belgium (May 2010). q BELGIUM.NAMUR. In the beginning of October, 15 Belgium students and 2 teachers will come to France (St-Amand) for a Comenius meeting and to prospect volcanic stones. (contact. Robert Delisee)
q FRANCE.SAINT-AMAND MD. The student newspaper n°149 of Le Mur was published with the contribution of the Belgium schools SIHA in Antwerp and IATA in Namur for a special report about black marble and diamond. (contact. Jean-Pierre Marcadier)
q SLOVAKIA.KREMNICA. The Slovak school of applied art in Kremnica, would like to open courses to other European students for this year in 2009-2010 in the following departments: Goldsmith and silversmith crafts, Engraving, Industrial design, Creation of toys and decorative objects, Casting, Stucco making, and Blacksmith crafts. If some of your students would like participate to this experience, please contact as son as posible the new director of the school, Anna Spickova (congratulations from the PLE for this nomination !).
